In the case that the customer can cancel the reservation are as follows:
Reservation under Flexible Rate/Refundable Rate – Any cancellation received at least 7 days prior to arrival date will not incur any charge. Any cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
In the case that the customer cannot cancel the reservation are as follows:
Reservation under Super Save Rate/Hot Deal Rate/Non-Refundable Rate/Promotion Rate – This type of reservation is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
If the reservation is made via online travel agency (OTA), customer have to review and abide by the cancellation and refund conditions which appears on booking provider channel at the time of booking.
