In the case that the customer can cancel the reservation are as follows:
Reservation under Refundable Rate – Any cancellation received under the free cancellation period as stated in the booking policy will not incur any charge. Any cancellation received after that will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
In the case that the customer cannot cancel the reservation are as follows:
Reservation under Super Save Rate/Hot Deal Rate/Non-Refundable Rate/Promotion Rate – This type of reservation is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
If the reservation is made via online travel agency (OTA), customer have to review and abide by the cancellation and refund conditions which appears on booking provider channel at the time of booking.

The hotel will check the booking conditions, and initiate a refund process to you via your payment method within 7-15 business days, excluding the processing time of bank or payment channel provider.
