This program gives you greater flexibility in planning your stay while helping our hotel manage room availability and prepare accommodations efficiently for incoming guests.

How It Works

Terms & Conditions

1. Flex! Time Swap is offered at no additional charge and allows guests to shift both their check-in and check-out times earlier by an equal number of hours.

2. Advance requests and confirmation from the hotel are required before arrival. All requests are subject to room availability and the hotel's operational requirements.

3. Once the hotel confirms the adjusted check-in and check-out times under this program, these times become the agreed check-in and check-out schedule for the reservation.

4. If guests arrive later than their selected check-in time or fail to check in at the scheduled time, the originally confirmed check-out time will still apply. No extension of the check-out time will be granted to compensate for late arrival or unused accommodation time.

5. Any request to change the confirmed check-in or check-out times must be approved by the hotel and is subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply in accordance with the hotel's policies.

6. For reservations of multiple consecutive nights, the adjusted check-out time applies to the final departure date of the reservation.

7. This program cannot be combined with paid early check-in or late check-out arrangements.

8. The hotel reserves the right to approve or decline requests based on room availability and operational requirements.
